Raul is the Founder & Head of Business Operations Consulting of Teracati Business Services Ltd. With extensive expertise spanning finance, operations, and strategic consulting, Raul holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Bayes Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Babson College.

Driven by a passion for excellence and client success, Raul established Teracati to provide tailored management and operations solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. His vision is to foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and innovation within the firm, delivering unparalleled value and driving tangible results for clients across industries.

Raul's career journey includes pivotal roles such as Investment Banking Associate at a boutique firm in Boston, MA, where he provided strategic guidance in M&A transactions, and Senior Accountant at Wellington Management Company, where he honed his skills in financial analysis and process enhancement.

​

Outside of work, Raul enjoys exploring his culinary skills by cooking food from all regions of the world. He also finds relaxation and enjoyment in playing golf and spending quality time with his wife and beloved dog Bella on nice afternoons.

Kingvarit is a seasoned professional boasting extensive expertise in operational analysis, management, strategic planning, and customer relationship management, currently serving as Head of Hospitality Consulting. With a solid academic foundation, Kingvarit holds an MSc in Real Estate from Bayes Business School, London, and a BA in Business Management with Marketing from the University of the West of England, Bristol.

Kingvarit previously served as the General Manager of The Idle Hotel & Residence in Thailand, where he spearheaded the establishment to financial independence through innovative strategies and operational excellence. Notably, his initiatives included the launch of Thailand's first Ministry of Health-accredited hotel-hospital quarantine facility during the COVID-19 pandemic, maintaining profitability and high service standards.

 

Kingvarit still continues to serve on the board of directors of The Idle Hotel & Residence, and as a leader of Friendship Holding Group, a reflection of his experience in strategic leadership and corporate governance.

Fluent in both Thai and English, with advanced IT skills and a dedication to community service, Kingvarit embodies a versatile leadership style, proficient in navigating complex challenges with analytical precision and creative solutions.

Oliver Scheyd brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his part-time role as Company Secretary, supporting general company administration activities well as ensuring compliance matters within the business, including immigration and right to work checks as the company’s Authorizing Officer.

With professional experience in international markets spanning Hong Kong, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States, Oliver serves a trusted advisor, known for providing invaluable insights and guidance.

​

Moreover, Oliver's experience incudes capital sourcing for a UK-based FinTech specializing in near-prime lending, expertise in finance and strategic partnerships, and raising private capital across various industries, including life sciences, aviation technology, international real estate, food & beverage, and consumer products.

​

Outside of work, Oliver's interests extend to polo and aviation. He also holds a Private Aircraft Pilot certification from the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
